A follow-up to the Fastrack HEAT™, this course includes a further six-hours of E-Learning on our safety E-Learning Suite, Safeguard™, followed by practical training.
The E-Learning modules are all refreshers of the skills taught during the Fastrack HEAT™, covering subjects relating to violent crime, terrorism and first aid. As with the Fastrack HEAT™, the course is designed to develop the theory and knowledge required during the pre-course programme and then test these through practical assessments and scenarios.
Delegates conduct the E-Learning at their own pace prior to attending the one-day practical course, working through modules that cover pre-departure considerations, key safety planning points, personal safety and situational awareness, vehicle travel considerations and carjacking, weapons awareness, kidnap avoidance, basic first aid and trauma medical.
Once completed, delegates are eligible to attend an intense, scenario-based training course.
